Position Summary

They take the extra step to work towards a vision for future success, while driving revenue and profit. As a Senior Brand Manager you will be at the center for some of the biggest decisions we make.
Senior Brand Managers are leaders in our brands, businesses, and people: You turn ideas into actions. Your responsibilities will span strategy, brand positioning, customer relationships and sell-in. You should be comfortable working both horizontally and vertically across an organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward to achieve goals.
The Senior Brand Manager role on Ore-Ida brings the opportunity lead an iconic brand at a pivotal point in its lifecycle. Ore-Ida is growing significantly, outpacing its competitors, and ready to come into the big leagues. You will be asked to think outside the box and inspire the full team to do the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management: Oversee the Ore-Ida portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and market trends.
Strategic Development: Create and implement brand strategies, annual business plans, and category stories that drive growth and enhance brand positioning.
P&L Ownership: Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the Ore-Ida brand, ensuring accountability for volume, profit, and market share objectives.
Demand Forecasting & Commercialization: Oversee demand forecasting efforts, commercialization activities, and manage product/package changes, ensuring quality improvements and cost reductions.
Market Analysis & Insights: Utilize syndicated data sources to analyze brand performance against competitors, translating insights into action plans that support key business targets.
Marketing Activation: Collaborate closely with the Communications Senior Brand Manager to execute marketing activations across various channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s innovation roadmap.
Project Oversight: Manage key projects related to new product launches and brand refresh initiatives, making real-time adjustments to deliver or exceed performance targets.
Skills Required:
Proven ability to think strategically and define long-term goals while remaining detail-oriented in execution.
Experience developing and executing strategic growth plans over 1-year and 3-year horizons that resulted in measurable brand growth.
Demonstrated success in driving demand through the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) and the ability to coach others in this area.
Strong business acumen with expertise in demand forecasting, consumption analysis (point of sale and consumer panel data), and P&L management.
Excellent prioritization skills, with a track record of maximizing the impact of limited resources.
Experience in building and refreshing brand foundations, including establishing brand aspirations and defining consumer targets.
Passion for team development and culture building, with prior experience in managing a team effectively.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and influence stakeholders effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and a results-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of drive for results and leadership
Prior experience managing a P&L preferred
Operates with agility with solid problem solving and simplification skills
Strong communication, influence and relationship building skills in a cross-functional team environment
Proven collaborator who brings teams together to solve problems
Prior proven experience in marketing for a CPG company or experience supporting on the agency side (advertising, consulting, media)
Models resiliency in a dynamic, fast paced work environment that requires flexibility to manage multiple simultaneous projects

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$137,400.00 - $171,700.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
