Marketing Associate
Heidi is on a mission to half the time it takes to deliver world-class care. We believe that in 2050 every clinician will practice with AI systems that free them from administrative burden and increase the quality and accessibility of care to patients across the world. Today, we have a suite of tools that modernise the way patients receive and clinicians provide care. Heidi Scribe transcribes consultations to generate clinical notes, documents and next-step actions. These tools are being stitched into a platform that will define a new mode of providing healthcare.
We’ve recently raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and we have an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US. Therefore we’re hiring Business Development Rep to support our international expansion and regional sales efforts of our clinical AI software.
The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our go-to-market team and help drive marketing initiatives that connect Heidi with our clinicians, partners and buyers.
Responsibilities
Organize Heidi events (virtual and in-person) that connect users and buyers, including demos, thought leadership sessions, and informal professional events
Own and deliver the conference sponsorship program, working with internal and external teams to ensure a strong presence
Develop and run campaigns to raise awareness of Heidi, including geographic- and specialty-focused initiatives
Create marketing content to support sales, including brochures, decks, flyers, newsletters, and specialty resources
Build and manage a pipeline of customer stories and case studies, both written and video, that highlight impact
Collaborate with integration partners and sales teams on co-marketing, ABM, and campaign initiatives that drive adoption
Support cross-functional projects that strengthen clinician engagement, brand presence, and revenue goals
What we will look for:
Proven knowledge in Marketing, Events, or Sales
Excellent communicator with strong writing and storytelling skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with follow-through
Creative and adaptable, with a knack for campaigns that stand out
Experience supporting events and conferences
Comfortable with marketing and sales tools (CRM, email platforms, basic design)
Strong instinct for content and design, with proven ability to create engaging materials
Enjoys working in-office alongside a passionate, driven team
Attitude is more important than experience (healthcare not essential) so if you are a hungry, competitive and highly motivated operator who has a knack for problem solving and building relationships.
