Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement with target audiences. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing activities and events that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns
Coordinate logistics for events, promotional initiatives, and on-site activations
Prepare reports on campaign performance and client engagement
Support the development of print and digital marketing materials
Maintain organized records of promotional inventory and campaign documentation
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Ensure timely completion of assigned marketing tasks and deliverables
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in a marketing, promotions, or administrative support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality performance
