That means every design decision directly shapes the experience of families navigating rare and complex diseases. We’re growing fast—and now we need design firepower to match our marketing ambitions. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Designer who thrives in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment. In this role, you will:
Design and manage visual assets across a wide range of marketing surfaces.
Build and optimize landing pages in Webflow that are both beautiful and performant.
Create high-impact visuals for ad campaigns, social media, and other growth channels.
Continuously refresh and evolve marketing pages to support top-of-funnel growth.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, growth, and product, with a focus on translating ideas into compelling, cohesive, and performance-driven visuals that make a measurable impact.
You are someone who can design and build high-performing marketing assets across web, ads, social, and email. The right candidate is as comfortable spinning up a new landing page in Webflow as they are creating a thumb-stopping GIF for a campaign. You’ll work closely with our growth and monetization teams to support direct-response campaigns, build and optimize landing pages, and rapidly iterate on creative to drive measurable results. You are a great fit if you are one of those deeply curious people who likes to design and test new things and is continuously asking ‘what if’ - What if this existed? What if I tried this?

You have 3–5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design roles
Strong Webflow development skills (you can implement designs directly).
Experience creating high-performing marketing creative (ads, social, email).
Solid understanding of conversion principles and performance design.
Ability to move fast, manage your own projects, and thrive in a startup environment.
You have strong visual instincts and stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices—bringing fresh, relevant thinking to every project
You have start-up experience or have worked in nimble, fast-moving environments that have scaled over time
Direct-to-consumer design experience is a must, with bonus points if you can also flex into B2B.
A track record of helping support the marketing of products from zero to one—where your design helped convert the first 10, 50, or 1,000 customers.
Both in-house and agency experience—demonstrating depth in a single product as well as the ability to juggle multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with performance marketing experimentation (A/B testing creative, iterating on landing pages, etc.).
Comfort collaborating closely with growth marketers and product teams to translate data into creative that converts.
