About the AIT Program
Our AIT Program offers hands-on experience in the full spectrum of operations in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), preparing you to lead with confidence, integrity, and compassion.

Rate of Pay
USD $65,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.-

Qualifications (General Guidelines):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Please note: if you do not meet the pre-requisites for licensure, you will be required to take additional college-level courses)
- Eligible per state-specific licensing criteria
- Prior management experience in healthcare (preferred)
- Flexible schedule availability including some evenings/weekends
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
