Customer Supply Chain Manager

Harry’s (part of Mammoth Brands) is a fast-growing CPG company focused on men’s grooming and related brands; they seek a detail-oriented Customer Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end retail or digital channel supply chain operations, driving forecasting, replenishment, in-stock performance, OTIF, and retailer execution while partnering cross-functionally across Commercial, Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance.

Skills

  • 3-5 years experience in retail operations, customer supply chain, or related CPG roles
  • Strong forecasting and replenishment knowledge (CPFR/IBP)
  • Experience managing retailer relationships and chargebacks
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytics/AI tools to extract insights
  • Solid project management skills and cross-functional stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Manage CPFR activities and partner with sales, demand planning, and supply planning to align forecasts and replenishment
  • Own retail/channel operations including fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, in-store execution, and chargeback mitigation
  • Develop and maintain reporting, scorecards, and KPIs (OTIF, in-stocks, sales order & inventory accuracy)
  • Manage third-party brokers and external retail partners to ensure consistent execution
  • Drive integrated business planning inputs and support strategic operational projects and rollouts
  • Analyze replenishment weekly and coordinate with regional buying teams to maintain healthy warehouse inventory
  • Identify operational gaps, propose strategic roadmaps, and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Relevant supply chain or operations certifications a plus
