Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue analytics strategy aligned to GTM goals
- Design and own revenue forecasts across acquisition, expansion, and retention
- Analyze marketing efficiency, ROI, attribution, and customer lifetime value to optimize spend
- Deliver churn, retention, and CLV analyses to guide engagement and upsell strategies
- Perform deep-dive analyses and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner with Finance and GTM to support quota setting, budget allocation, and performance tracking
- Build and scale datasets, dashboards, and self-serve tools while ensuring data quality
- Evaluate and apply AI/ML techniques to improve forecasting and lifecycle modeling
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Product, Data, and Finance
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team and culture
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD/MBA) preferred but not required
