Responsibilities
- Support oversight of multiple schools in the Northwest region, partnering with regional specialists and school leaders to meet programmatic standards.
- Monitor and interpret school performance data (academic, operational, financial) to drive decisions and improvement plans.
- Support staffing, scheduling, hiring, and talent development for school leaders and teacher teams.
- Serve as a first point of escalation for staff, parent relations, and health & safety incidents; provide hands-on support as needed.
- Coach, develop, and hold school leaders accountable through regular feedback, performance development, and on-site presence.
- Contribute to admissions pipeline growth and financial performance to ensure school sustainability and mission delivery.
- Travel regularly to schools (expect significant field presence; remote possible with ~50% travel).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Relevant professional experience may substitute for formal education
- Openness to completing organization-specific training (e.g., Montessori onboarding)
