Skills
- Deep knowledge of OT domains (ICS, SCADA, IIoT) and industrial network architectures
- Experience with OT security tools such as Claroty, Dragos, Forescout, Nozomi, Tenable OT (deployment/configuration)
- Familiarity with Purdue Model and PERA architecture
- Knowledge of OT security frameworks and standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, SANS ICS Critical Controls, TSA Directives)
- Strong report writing, client-facing communication, and technical presentation skills
- Experience performing OT-focused security assessments and, preferably, OT penetration testing (OTPT)
Responsibilities
- Deliver OT security engineering services including deployment, configuration, and health-checks of OT security tools
- Perform OT security architecture assessments and provide actionable remediation strategies
- Author clear, audience-tailored deliverables for technical and managerial stakeholders
- Work directly with clients and vendors to implement configuration changes and operational improvements
- Continuously update skills and knowledge to remain current with OT/ICS threats and defenses
- Foster strong client relationships and represent GuidePoint professionally during engagements
- Collaborate across internal teams to evolve OT service offerings and align with SANS Five ICS Critical Controls
- Support pre-sales scoping and act as technical lead on projects when required
- Maintain timely project documentation, timesheets, and status reporting
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant industry certifications preferred (e.g., GICSP, GRID, vendor certs)
