Skills
- Foundational understanding of networks, operating systems, and cyber risk concepts
- Familiarity or interest in ICS/SCADA, industrial networking and automation/control systems
- Basic knowledge of the Purdue Model and OT/IT segmentation principles
- Ability to produce strong written client-facing documentation
- Willingness to learn OT-specific platforms (e.g., Armis, Claroty, Dragos, Nozomi)
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of OT services including architecture reviews, validated design reviews, and advisory work under senior team guidance
- Prepare clear client-facing deliverables that summarize observations, risks, and remediation recommendations
- Participate in client calls, workshops, and internal enablement to build domain knowledge in OT/ICS
- Contribute to internal research, service development, and knowledge-sharing within the OT team
- Collaborate with OT and DFIR teams on investigations involving industrial environments
- Track progress, meet deadlines, and communicate blockers or needs for assistance
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, or related field preferred but not required
- Relevant internships, labs, certifications, or self-directed projects demonstrating interest in OT/ICS valued
