- Deep SailPoint IGA experience (design, build, deployment)
- Experience with common connectors: Active Directory, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, Mainframe, web services
- Integration experience with authoritative sources such as SAP and Workday
- Proven ability to scope, size and oversee complex technical projects
- Strong technical architecture and security design experience
- Requirements gathering and technical documentation skills
- Leadership and resource management for technical teams
Responsibilities
- Oversee design and implementation of SailPoint IGA projects from scoping through delivery
- Provide project-level resource oversight, progress reporting, and problem resolution
- Lead technical architecture and security design discussions with developers and infrastructure teams
- Gather requirements, create solution designs and technical implementation documentation
- Manage SailPoint resource training, certification attainment and maintaining admiral/status levels
- Support presales and SOW development as delivery capacity allows
- Coordinate assignment of new resources to active engagements and develop training materials
- Ensure integrations with common connectors and authoritative sources are architected and validated
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, computer science, computer engineering, MIS, or related field
- 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a technical lead or technical manager
- Relevant professional certifications (preferred but not always required)
