Skills
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Lectora, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience maintaining and updating corporate LMS content (Docebo preferred)
- Ability to translate technical subject matter into clear instructional materials
- Familiarity with eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI) and multimedia production
- Strong written and verbal communication plus stakeholder collaboration
- Comfort working in a multidisciplinary, remote environment
Responsibilities
- Design and develop eLearning courses, slide decks, assessments, videos, simulations and other instructional materials
- Convert instructor-led trainings into effective online learning modules and update existing curriculum
- Manage course records and learning plans in the LMS in coordination with the Training Manager
- Partner with subject matter experts to build course syllabi, training paths and external resource lists
- Facilitate the design of technical career tracks across multiple learning styles and delivery methods
- Perform regular curriculum reviews and timely content updates to meet practice objectives
- Communicate progress and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization
- Create multimedia supporting assets (audio, video, interactive elements) to increase engagement
Education
- College degree or certification in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, or related field
- Relevant authoring tool certifications or proof of portfolio work
- Ongoing professional development in adult learning and eLearning best practices preferred
