- Hands-on experience with Entra ID Governance/IGA platform implementation
- Connector integration experience (AD, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, web services, SAP, Workday)
- Proficiency with XML, JSON, REST and SOAP web services
- Experience configuring identity workflows, access certifications and SoD policies
- Familiarity with SDLC and implementation lifecycle
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills
- Client-facing experience and ability to lead technical discussions
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enhance Entra ID Governance/IGA solutions for enterprise customers
- Gather, document, and translate technical requirements into architecture and solution designs
- Integrate common connectors (Active Directory, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, web services) and authoritative sources (SAP, Workday)
- Configure workflows (joiner, leaver, mover) and identity lifecycle processes
- Configure and manage access certification campaigns
- Define and implement segregation-of-duties (SoD) policies and controls
- Author technical documentation, design artifacts, and client-facing presentations
- Lead technical discussions and workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices across implementation projects
- Provide guidance, training, and vendor-supplied certification support for team and clients
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field or equivalent experience
- Relevant IAM or vendor certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft identity certifications)
