Great Minds is seeking a hands-on Manager, Enterprise Analytics to lead data-driven strategies and enhance analytics capabilities within the organization, especially in the education sector.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include building a team of analysts, developing and implementing analytics strategies, delivering complex analyses, maintaining KPIs, and advancing analytics capabilities across the organization.
Skills: Candidates should possess strong skills in business intelligence tools, data modeling, statistical analysis, and proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 7+ years in analytics roles with at least 3 years in leadership, a strong understanding of K-12 education data applications, and experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Location: This is a fully remote position, allowing for nationwide applicants in the USA.
Compensation: $104000 - $114000 / Annually

Job Purpose
The Manager, Enterprise Analytics is a hands-on leader responsible for building and advancing analytics capabilities that drive data-informed strategy and performance across the organization. This role oversees the design and execution of complex enterprise-wide analytics initiatives, with direct responsibility for leading a small team of analysts and delivering actionable insights. The Manager partners with stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions empower decision-making and operational excellence.

The expected base salary range for this position is $104,000-$114,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
