Responsibilities
- Monitor daily global cash positions across multiple entities and currencies and ensure sufficient liquidity
- Maintain short-term cash forecasts and analyze actuals vs. forecast variances
- Execute domestic and international payments (wires, ACH, FX spot/forward, intercompany settlements)
- Administer banking portals: user access, approvals, entitlements, and transaction limits
- Support bank account lifecycle management including openings, signatory updates, and documentation
- Reconcile daily bank activity and ensure alignment with the general ledger
- Own accurate and timely cash application for customer payments in NetSuite
- Liaise with banks and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
- Support ad hoc treasury projects: automation, ERP integrations, and policy updates
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
