Responsibilities: Lead the product strategy, define and drive the roadmap for cross-product services, and facilitate the evolution of systems managing user provisioning and team structures.
Skills: At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, proficient in building shared and platform services, strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to manage ambiguity and align stakeholders.
Qualifications: Experience with enterprise environments, independent task management, and a proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
Location: Hybrid working model with a focus on San Francisco; in-person collaboration is part of the role.
Compensation: $206000 - $284000 / Annually

To achieve our next level of impact, we’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for our Cross Product Services team. This role will shape the critical services that power our multi-product experiences, including our account, product, and user provisioning as well as team management.
This is a highly collaborative, strategic role that leverages technical platform depth to impact customer experiences across Superhuman products. You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to build flexible and systems across that power our product portfolio.

Zone 1: $206,000 – $284,000/year (USD)
