Transformation Manager

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for Transformation Manager to lead contract transitions and provide strategic guidance. This position will be located in Columbia, MD and will be a on-site position.

Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successful implementation. Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Leading and managing transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.  Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

  • Leading and managing transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. 
  • Implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and employee adoption of new technologies and processes. 
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles that may hinder the transformation process. 
  • Communicating progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the transformation. 

Qualifications

High School with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

  • Clearance Required: TS/SCI
  • 10+ years of knowledge/experience leading contract transi-tions, developing transition plans, and providing strategic guidance on technological and efficiency enhancements
  • Skilled in transition management, strategic planning, stake-holder communication, and technology integration.
  • IAM Level II or higher

Project Manage-ment Professional (PMP)

Bachelor's in Project Management, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or IT

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

USD $185,000.00 - USD $225,000.00 /Yr.
