The Business Analyst – Process Automation plays a key role in improving operational efficiency through automation and process optimization. This role bridges business strategy and technology by analyzing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing scalable solutions using low-code/no-code tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and adept at engaging with business leaders to translate process challenges into automation requirements. This role requires strong business acumen, cross-functional communication, and proficiency in process automation platforms such as Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath, or Workato.
