GCG is currently looking for a Customer Service Account Manager to join our team at GCG's Leominster, MA location!
In this role, you will serve as a liaison between the customer and the company to address needs, inquiries and issues. This includes but is not limited to sales order processing and maintenance, responding to requests for quotes, new product coordination, measuring the division’s delivery performance and maintaining ISO 9001 documents for the Customer Service function.
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm EST or CST, Monday to Friday
