Property Soar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team in New Orleans. In this role, you will support client relationships, manage property accounts, and assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.

  • Assist senior representatives in managing property accounts and client portfolios.

  • Prepare account reports, documentation, and proposals with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient client support.

  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and operational processes.

  • Support account reconciliations and data tracking to maintain up-to-date records.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or related fields preferred.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
