Responsibilities
- Oversee sourcing and procurement strategies ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and resiliency
- Identify, qualify, and maintain high-quality vendor partnerships for finished goods and packaging
- Drive cost optimization through RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, and costing stage gates
- Track and analyze supplier KPIs and establish performance expectations and scorecard processes
- Manage vendor onboarding processes in partnership with product and packaging teams
- Support product innovation pipelines and on-time product launches
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and uphold product standards
- Rationalize supplier base through attrition and recruiting based on strategic business needs
- Monitor supplier market trends and supply chain risks to identify opportunities and mitigate challenges
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for sourcing activities
- Champion sustainable sourcing practices aligned with company social and environmental commitments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field
