Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analysis of quality and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality and manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish KPIs and quality systems supporting compliance with FDA, MoCRA, EU, and international regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of quality, assurance, and manufacturing professionals to achieve organizational success.
- Oversee product launch manufacturing activities and define quality specifications and inspection processes.
- Lead supplier facility audits for quality and corporate social responsibility compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing new quality and manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships aligned with quality goals.
- Present regular progress updates to executive leadership on quality and manufacturing performance.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
