RESPONSIBILITES:
Maintain responsibility for designing and developing complex requirements to accomplish business goals.
Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
Ensure solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset.
Possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry, and have extensive experience of using design and architectural patterns. Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements.
Participate and guide team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
Design, automate, and maintain large scale, enterprise-wide data warehouse applications using Oracle Exa Data, PL/SQL and data extract, transform and load tools like Informatica.
Utilize Business Intelligence tools, Tableau, Cognos and MicroStrategy to analyze data, find patterns and generate data visualizations.
Translate complex business requirements into data model to support advanced analytics, define data modeling standards, naming conventions and prepare data dictionaries.
Write relational data manipulation packages using procedural SQL and data queries.
Improve data processing time by optimizing queries, creating indexes and normalizing the data model.
Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology Management, Engineering (any), or related and
3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Designing, automating, and maintaining large scale, enterprise-wide data warehouse applications using Oracle Exa Data, PL/SQL and data extract, transform and load tools like Informatica;
Utilizing Business Intelligence tools, Tableau, Cognos and MicroStrategy to analyze data, find patterns and generate data visualizations;
