DUTIES: Planning, coordination, and execution of software deployment plans for our Battery Electric Truck programs. Strategic coordination and execution of software deployment for Over-the-Air updates and post-launch production builds. Ensuring approval of safety certifications and completion of safety processes for any given software deployment plan. Monitoring progress of above software deployment activities and engaging internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues which arise. Continuous improvement of our software deployment planning system regarding how the system broadcasts current status. Single point of contact vehicle controls systems, including communication with program teams and SMT leadership. Create and lead execution of Controls Development Plan (CDP). Develop and lead the execution of the overall vehicle controls plan for a specific vehicle program. Identify issues with progress of advanced development activities that will impact program deliverables. Lead execution of the Vehicle Software Configuration Management (VeSCoM) software releases. Lead program change control process for all vehicle controls systems. Hybrid Work Policy – 3 days In-Office, 2 Days Remote – Must be able to report to local office.


REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields of study and Two (2) years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Controls Engineer, Software Engineer, Product Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or a related role. Two (2) years of experience with the following: Software controls; Automotive electrical interfaces including CAN, LIN, and Ethernet; Problem solving through software applications and tools development; Vehicle Mechatronic Controls, ADAS, Cybersecurity, and SDV; End user’s features on vehicles; and Working with cross-functional team members toward common solutions and paths forward.
