We are seeking a Project Controls Analyst to join our team supporting the DOE's Y-12 National Security Complex. This position is full-time and will be based out of Oak Ridge, TN.
Responsibilities
Manage development of project cost, schedule, and risk plans, collection of performance data, tracking data, analysis, development of forecast of estimate to complete, and reporting.
Ensure identification and tracking of changes/potential changes to project scope.
Participate in planning, development, monitoring, and control of project scope, cost, and schedule integration.
Ensure estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with the client and Project Management.
Manage integration of cost and schedule data and reporting with company’s accounting and management information systems to facilitate meeting company performance and financial goals.
Requirements
Education & Years of Experience – To be considered, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5-14 years of direct experience supporting the technical aspects and execution of projects.
Citizenship – To be considered, you must be a United States (U.S.) citizen due to the federal nature of the work.
Clearance – To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.
Experience with Primavera P6.
Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency with: Microsoft Office, Cobra, SAP, WebEVM (CloudEVM), and Acumen.
Working knowledge and understanding of U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) policies, procedures, and requirements in areas associated with project management.
Demonstrated skills in planning, organization, and schedule compliance.
Demonstrated skills in cost control, change management and reporting.
Demonstrated experience with project plans, schedules, budget, tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring project quality and safety standards are met.

The NNSA's Y-12 National Security Complex, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, is the nation’s only source of enriched uranium nuclear weapon components and provides enriched uranium for the U.S. Navy as well as excels in materials science, precision manufacturing, and stores enriched uranium. Y-12 supports efforts to reduce nuclear proliferation risk and performs work for other government agencies (energy.gov).
