We're in a period of change and its meant that we change direction and strategy to align to where we are now. We're getting on the right track and bringing in new leadership who have seen where we are aiming to go is only going to help propel us there. Some of the change we've experienced hasn't always gone smoothly but I also don't think any of the things we're experiencing are unique to FullStory. It's a common occurrence across the industry over the last 2 years. It's part of a cycle and change management is a priority.At FullStory, we are focused on creating an environment where anyone can thrive and be themselves without question or fear regardless of race or color, gender or gender identity, sex or sexual orientation, religion or lack thereof, genetic information, national origin, pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, age, disability or handicap, citizenship status, or service member status.
