About the role
We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join us in our mission to bring the most sophisticated wealth strategies available to anyone. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of passionate people who constantly challenge each other to bring their best to work everyday. As a designer, you’ll be one of the first to design unique experiences for a space that has historically been dominated by antiquated financial tools or just simply inaccessible due to high wealth advisor fees.
It’s preferred that the role is in-person at our San Francisco office location, with at least 4 days a week in the office.
What you will do
Lead end-to-end design projects from problem discovery through prototyping and testing
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, compliance
Contribute to and maintain design and brand systems
Provide input on future company roadmaps from a design perspective
Jump between product design and marketing & brand design when needed
Design for both web and mobile platforms
What you bring
5+ years of experience in product design at software companies (ideally at high growth or consumer startups)
Extensive portfolio of work demonstrating a wide range of skills and proven impact
Complex problem solving skills
High visual design craft and prototyping abilities
Expertise in gathering user insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
Self-starter mindset that defaults to action
Experience collaborating closely with engineering and marketing teams, as well as other cross-functional partners
A plus if you’ve worked in regulated industries like investing and financial services
