As a Sr. Project Manager within Fortune Brands, you will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of new product development and continuous improvement projects from ideation through commercialization. You will develop project plans to ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget while meeting or exceeding cost and quality specifications. You will be the champion of the Stage-Gate process for your respective projects and responsible for managing the documentation requirements of the New Product Development process to ensure that the products, and the process of developing the products, are appropriately documented. The position requires extensive collaboration with all cross-functional groups involved in defining and developing products. This includes the marketing, product management, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, finance, legal, sales and other teams, as appropriate. The Sr. Project Manager will work on a range of project types that may include on platform, off platform, new NPD innovation. As the project manager, you will play a critical role in our success, leading cross functional teams to effectively deliver key new products to the business.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $126,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
