Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and interpret complex in vitro assays to evaluate CAR-T and T cell function (multicolor flow cytometry, cytotoxicity, functional readouts)
- Plan and run in vivo studies including murine and NHP experiments and perform ex vivo immune cell analyses
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot experimental protocols and maintain accurate electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) records
- Analyze and present experimental data at lab and project team meetings
- Work independently at the bench and collaborate across multidisciplinary discovery teams
Education
- Ph.D. in Immunology or related field (required)
- 0–2 years of industry experience; title commensurate with experience
