- Broad molecular assay experience (Western blot, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, qPCR, imaging)
- Ability to design experiments and analyze biological data
- Experience coordinating with CROs and external collaborators
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and execute cellular biology experiments to test key hypotheses
- Develop, document, and optimize laboratory protocols and workflows for the platform
- Isolate and characterize extracellular vesicles and related biomaterials
- Maintain and expand mammalian cell culture systems and primary cell handling
- Coordinate experimental work with CROs and external collaborators
- Analyze and interpret experimental data and communicate results in written reports and oral presentations
- Help lead, mentor, and grow the experimental team; contribute to hiring and training
Education
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Biology, or related discipline
- 3+ years of industry and/or postdoctoral research experience
