Responsibilities
- Design and perform molecular cloning for construct and library generation
- Execute and optimize cell-based assays with fluorescent, NGS, and single-cell readouts
- Maintain and passage cell lines using aseptic technique
- Operate and support flow cytometry and cell sorting workflows
- Prepare samples for next-generation sequencing and assist with data handoff
- Rapidly generate, analyze, and communicate experimental data and present results at team meetings
- Collaborate across experimental and computational teams to align on platform goals
Education
- BA, BS, or MS in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
