- Experience operating CI/CD-driven delivery processes and release coordination
Responsibilities
- Become a domain expert in enterprise file transfer, security, compliance, and integrations to inform product decisions.
- Define strategy and a sequenced roadmap; run discovery and drive features from spec to production.
- Write clear, structured product documentation, specs, release notes, and decision logs.
- Work tightly with engineering and design to produce usable, maintainable solutions and keep teams focused on outcomes.
- Operate the execution loop: triage boards, GitLab, labels, and unblock delivery.
- Coordinate launches, ensure go-to-market readiness, and monitor adoption and quality post-release.
- Use customer conversations, support signals, and telemetry to iterate and reduce friction across the product.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred but not required
