Lead Product Marketing Manager

Figure is a public fintech transforming capital markets through blockchain and AI, originating billions in home equity products and launching innovative crypto offerings. We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Lead/Principal Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution across HELOC, mortgage, and crypto product lines, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, and Comms to drive awareness, adoption, and enablement across B2B and consumer audiences.

Skills

  • 6+ years product marketing experience in B2B and direct-to-consumer contexts
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with fintech, regulated industries, and working with Legal/Compliance teams
  • Hands-on experience marketing or building crypto/blockchain products
  • Proven ability to develop and execute GTM plans and launch programs
  • Comfort with market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Familiarity with modern marketing tools, analytics platforms, and Notion (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Define clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging across HELOC, mortgage, and crypto products
  • Build tailored messaging frameworks for homeowner, partner, advisor, and institutional audiences
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and feature releases
  • Lead cross-functional launch execution: enablement decks, one-pagers, FAQs, demos, landing pages, and release notes
  • Create partner and sales enablement materials including case studies, onboarding playbooks, ROI calculators, and talk tracks
  • Collaborate with Product to maintain release calendars and measure activation, adoption, and engagement
  • Produce educational and thought leadership content simplifying complex fintech and blockchain topics
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and roadmap decisions
  • Work with GTM, Data, and Partnerships to surface customer insights and optimize messaging

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree preferred but not required
