Responsibilities
- Own and drive programs for AI platform capabilities such as annotation velocity, evaluation pipelines, and cost/capacity readiness
- Partner with Infra and Finance to forecast token usage, plan model scaling across providers, manage quotas and regional limits, and optimize caching/latency
- Lead internal annotation program: manage vendors, set task priorities, improve quality standards, and increase annotator throughput
- Support AIOps initiatives: define model go/no-go criteria, monitor model behavior, prevent regressions, and enforce quality gates
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery of AI-powered product features including scope, risks, communication, and launch readiness
- Partner with Data Science to build and maintain visibility via annotation metrics, token quotas, reliability dashboards, and evaluation timelines
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required
