Figma is seeking a Product Manager, Growth to enhance user acquisition and top-of-funnel growth for its products by optimizing user discovery and sign-up experiences.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to drive new user acquisition, build experiments and features for the sign-up experience, optimize visibility in search channels, and own the EDU product strategy.
Skills: 5+ years of product management experience, expertise in user-facing product initiatives, data-driven experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and strong user empathy.
Qualifications: Proven track record in product management with a metrics-driven approach and ability to connect work to business and user value.
Location: This position can be held remotely within the United States or from Figma's hubs in San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $180,000.
