At FICS, we are excited to see our customer base continue to expand, and we're on the lookout for a passionate individual to join our mortgage loan servicing software system support team. We're seeking a self-motivated team member with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in servicing residential loans within the mortgage industry. A strong understanding of mortgage loan servicing is highly desirable, including knowledge in escrow administration, ARM analysis, payment processing, investor reporting to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and/or Ginnie Mae, as well as IRS reporting.
As a System Support team member at FICS, you will be the first point of contact for providing exceptional mortgage loan servicing software system support and consulting to simplify the mortgage process for our clients. Each interaction you have will directly influence the efficiency of our customers’ operations and their overall success. In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will engage with customers through phone calls and emails, provide training on FICS software, conduct product webinars, and play a pivotal role in the collaborative testing process for FICS software quality assurance.
