Responsibilities
- Manage cross-department project development and delivery for brand partnerships.
- Communicate priorities, deadlines, and project updates to teams ensuring on-budget delivery.
- Lead client communication throughout project lifecycles to deliver excellent service and identify upsell opportunities.
- Report and analyze campaign data to derive insights and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and creative teams to interpret client briefs and develop strategic proposals.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, influencers, and internal colleagues.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitors, and develop processes to maintain industry competitiveness.
