Senior Graphic Designer, Expanded Core

Fetch is a consumer rewards platform that delivers billions in rewards and partners with brands ranging from challengers to Fortune 500s. The Senior Graphic Designer on the Expanded Core team will create digital-first B2C creative across campaigns, CRM, and in-app placements, working quickly to craft visually strong, performance-minded assets in collaboration with design, marketing, and business partners.

Skills

  • 3+ years in brand, digital, or social design in fast-paced environments
  • Strong visual craft with portfolio showing digital design, campaign thinking, and social-first storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of Figma
  • Familiarity with light motion and short-form video edits
  • Comfort experimenting with AI image tools (e.g., Midjourney) for visual exploration
  • Deep understanding of typography, composition, and channel-specific best practices for social and paid
  • Ability to prioritize, version, and iterate quickly without sacrificing detail

Responsibilities

  • Concept and visually develop campaign and CRM creative from brief through final execution.
  • Produce high-quality static, light-motion, and short-form edits optimized for platform placements.
  • Adapt and version creative across multiple formats while maintaining consistency and brand craft.
  • Collaborate with lead designers, marketing strategists, and cross-functional teams to execute campaign needs.
  • Iterate quickly and incorporate performance insights and feedback into creative work.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communications, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Portfolio showcasing digital and social work required
