Senior Graphic Designer, Expanded Core
Skills
- 3+ years in brand, digital, or social design in fast-paced environments
- Strong visual craft with portfolio showing digital design, campaign thinking, and social-first storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of Figma
- Familiarity with light motion and short-form video edits
- Comfort experimenting with AI image tools (e.g., Midjourney) for visual exploration
- Deep understanding of typography, composition, and channel-specific best practices for social and paid
- Ability to prioritize, version, and iterate quickly without sacrificing detail
Responsibilities
- Concept and visually develop campaign and CRM creative from brief through final execution.
- Produce high-quality static, light-motion, and short-form edits optimized for platform placements.
- Adapt and version creative across multiple formats while maintaining consistency and brand craft.
- Collaborate with lead designers, marketing strategists, and cross-functional teams to execute campaign needs.
- Iterate quickly and incorporate performance insights and feedback into creative work.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communications, or equivalent experience preferred
- Portfolio showcasing digital and social work required
