Marketing Coordinator, Expanded Core

Fetch is a consumer rewards platform that helps users earn points for everyday purchases and interactions, backed by investors including SoftBank and Univision. The Expanded Core team is hiring a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support multi-channel campaigns, streamline marketing operations, and turn performance insights into actionable growth initiatives.

Skills

  • Experience with email, push, and in-app campaign execution
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and report on KPIs
  • Comfortable using generative AI and workflow tools to accelerate work

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute campaigns across email, push, and in-app placements
  • Develop and contribute to storytelling campaigns that deepen user and partner engagement
  • Streamline marketing operations to ensure smooth, on-time campaign execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign planning and performance updates
  • Assist the Director with points budget management and alignment to topline revenue goals
  • Track, report, and translate key KPIs into actionable recommendations
  • Use generative and workflow AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and efficiency

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent
