Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary AI Operations team (AI Operations Specialists, Project Coordinators, Automation Specialists, potential Supervisor).
- Define and execute strategic initiatives to evolve team structure, processes, and deliverables in a transitional environment.
- Oversee day-to-day operational quality and efficiency across LLM QA, prompt testing, data curation, and automation workflows.
- Establish scalable workflows, documentation standards, and best practices for AI system support.
- Partner cross-functionally with ML engineers, product managers, and go-to-market teams to align priorities and maintain system integrity.
- Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead change management as the team transitions from Receipt Quality to a formal AI Operations function.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced degree or additional technical education preferred but not required.
