Manager, AI Operations

Fetch is a consumer rewards platform that connects brands and shoppers across everyday moments. The AI Operations team supports the company’s expanding AI footprint by ensuring model accuracy, scalable processes, and reliable outputs across LLM QA, prompt testing, data curation, and automation. Fetch is seeking a hands-on, strategic manager to lead a multidisciplinary AI Operations team, drive process and organizational evolution, and partner across ML engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.

Skills

  • People management with experience developing talent and leading teams through change.
  • Technical familiarity with AI/ML systems, model QA, LLM evaluation, and AI tooling.
  • Process design and operational oversight to drive scalable, repeatable workflows.
  • Data-informed decision making using metrics and structured feedback.
  • Project ownership and ability to execute cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery.
  • Strong communication skills for aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary AI Operations team (AI Operations Specialists, Project Coordinators, Automation Specialists, potential Supervisor).
  • Define and execute strategic initiatives to evolve team structure, processes, and deliverables in a transitional environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational quality and efficiency across LLM QA, prompt testing, data curation, and automation workflows.
  • Establish scalable workflows, documentation standards, and best practices for AI system support.
  • Partner cross-functionally with ML engineers, product managers, and go-to-market teams to align priorities and maintain system integrity.
  • Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management as the team transitions from Receipt Quality to a formal AI Operations function.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced degree or additional technical education preferred but not required.
