Skills
- 4+ years conducting UX research in product or tech companies, preferably B2B SaaS
- Methodological versatility across interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorts, and analytics
- Experience running research in fast-paced, agile environments and right-sizing methods to constraints
- Research operations skills including participant recruitment and tool administration
- Strong synthesis and storytelling skills to communicate insights to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and run mixed-methods research (interviews, fieldwork, usability tests, surveys) across the product lifecycle
- Lead discovery and evaluative studies to inform product direction and validate design decisions
- Participate in design sprints and rapid, iterative learning cycles with product and design partners
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable recommendations for product prioritization and requirements
- Champion research best practices and help embed a user-centered mindset across cross-functional teams
- Manage participant recruitment, incentives, and research operations for end-to-end studies
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MA/MS) in HCI, Human Factors, or related field is a plus
