Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize NetSuite: roles, configurations, workflows, saved searches and issue resolution
- Manage and maintain finance systems (Zip, Pigment, Ramp, Concur, FloQast or similar)
- Design, build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and systems like Workday, Ironclad and equity platforms
- Create and maintain customized reports, dashboards and operational KPIs for Finance and leadership
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Lead testing and deployment of system upgrades, new features and third-party integrations
- Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities and ensure transaction accuracy
- Define policies, controls and documentation for system usage, compliance and data integrity
- Provide primary user support, training, and coaching to improve adoption and data quality
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver finance-aligned system solutions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant certifications or training in ERP/NetSuite preferred
