Are you passionate about unlocking the power of data to drive customer engagement? Trissential is hiring a Dynamics 365 Configuration Specialist to join our client’s team and lead the rollout of Customer Insights across a large enterprise. This is a high-impact, remote role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, scale, and support Dynamics 365 solutions that transform how the organization understands and interacts with its customers.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Configure and support Dynamics 365 with a focus on Customer Insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Drive the design and review of test cases, process change requests, and manage project scope and acceptance
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and story mapping
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing high-impact work
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- Proven experience configuring Dynamics 365 and gathering business requirements
- Hands-on experience rolling out Customer Insights in a large organization
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
- Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and refine backlogs
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years’ experience OR Associate’s Degree with 6 years’ experience
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred
