Daily Accounts Receivable activities include updating AR system, contacting customers for outstanding past due invoices and over credit limit balances. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Weekly contact with each customer on overdue invoices (+ 15 Days)
  • Update A/R Log with detailed collection notes listing actions on each invoice and timely follow-up
  • Build key relationships with clients and internal staff to more effectively resolve issues and collect payment on invoices quickly
  • Weekly reporting on slow-paying clients and aged invoices
  • Weekly updates with Accounting Manager on any issues that need further assistance
  • Weekly 1 on 1 meeting with Operational departments
  • Support Accounting Department and other Product departments with miscellaneous tasks related to accounting
