- Experience with OFAC sanctions screening and controls
- Hands-on Chainalysis experience for transaction monitoring
- Familiarity with NAVEX, Kodex, or similar compliance tools
- Controls testing and dashboard/reporting skills
- Vendor due diligence and third-party risk management
Responsibilities
- Respond to law enforcement requests via the Kodex portal
- Manage vendor due diligence (incoming and outgoing KYC)
- Perform crypto transaction monitoring using Chainalysis and manage OFAC controls
- Support risk, disclosure, and incident management via NAVEX
- Draft and maintain risk appetites and risk documentation
- Perform controls testing and build dashboard reporting for leadership
- Maintain and improve enterprise risk frameworks and related controls
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Compliance or risk-related certifications (CAMS, CFE, CRISC, CRC) are a plus
