- 10+ years advising on transfer pricing and international tax across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong project management and client relationship capabilities
- Experience preparing TP documentation, economic analyses and audit support
- Ability to lead, mentor and build technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication and technical writing skills
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple transfer pricing projects across jurisdictions, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Advise multinational groups on transfer pricing policies, documentation, planning, and compliance aligned with OECD and local rules.
- Oversee preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, economic analyses and technical reports.
- Manage and support transfer pricing audits, controversy, and dispute matters.
- Provide strategic guidance on complex transactions including financing, IP valuation and business restructurings.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Identify business development opportunities and support client relationship management.
- Monitor global regulatory changes and contribute to internal training and thought leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Accounting, Finance or related field
- Professional tax qualification or advanced degree preferred (e.g., LL.M., MSc, CPA)
