Responsibilities
- Define, design, and own end-to-end architecture for internal operational systems, data infrastructure, and integration layer.
- Build and govern a unified internal source-of-truth ensuring data consistency, lineage, and reliability across CPMS, ERP, CRM, payments, and support systems.
- Architect scalable infrastructure including APIs, event-driven services, data schemas, pipelines, and metadata frameworks to support analytics and automation.
- Create reusable data models, shared services, and connectors for standardized operational data flow.
- Ensure platform performance, resilience, security, and cost efficiency to support rapid global growth.
- Lead design, governance, and evolution of internal and external APIs to support normalized data exchange.
- Define integration patterns for ingestion, transformation, and synchronization with third parties.
- Oversee data architecture for BI, AI/ML, and real-time operational insights including schema and storage strategies.
- Set and enforce enterprise-grade standards for accuracy, observability, compliance, and security of data flows.
- Provide hands-on architectural leadership, guide engineering best practices (service design, CI/CD, IaC, observability) and deliver POCs to de-risk choices.
- Own platform non-functional requirements such as reliability, throughput, latency, failover, and scalability.
- Evaluate and introduce infrastructure technologies and automation that accelerate velocity and reduce operational overhead.
- Serve as technical bridge between Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to translate requirements into long-term architecture.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure platform capabilities and operational workflows scale with company growth.
Education
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
