Skills
- 15–20+ years of AL/GL claims experience at a top U.S. carrier
- Proficiency using Google Sheets for labeling and documentation
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities for complex claims
- Familiarity with claims management software; Guidewire experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to product, engineering, and executive teams
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze Auto Liability (AL) and General Liability (GL) claims and recommend courses of action
- Collaborate with AI engineers to train, validate, and refine claim decision models
- Label and annotate claim data in Google Sheets and related tooling with clear notes
- Use claims management tools to examine claim files and provide actionable recommendations
- Educate the AI system on nuances and complex scenarios in AL/GL claims
- Monitor regulatory and guideline changes to ensure training data and guidance remain compliant
Education
- No specific degree required when equivalent AL/GL claims experience is demonstrated
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, risk management, business, or related field preferred
