Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the enterprise PMO, governance, and delivery methodology.
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership to a team of project managers, promoting accountability and growth.
- Directly manage selected high-priority strategic projects from initiation through delivery.
- Partner with the SVP of Operational Excellence to align PMO activities with organizational priorities.
- Oversee portfolio management, resource allocation, and project prioritization across business units and geographies.
- Champion and standardize enterprise Asana usage, adoption, best practices, and integrations.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Adaptive, Hybrid, Predictive) based on project needs.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and implement efficiency and maturity improvements for project delivery.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) preferred
