EverDriven is seeking a Remote Part-Time Account Specialist to engage with school districts, handle transportation logistics, and perform administrative tasks in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for school districts, manage timely changes to transportation requests, and conduct data entry while maintaining accurate scheduling.
Skills: Computer literacy with Excel and Outlook, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience in routing school transportation is a plus.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required; experience in related fields is preferred.

Position Summary:
The Account Specialist is responsible for maintaining equipment levels, identifying, and engaging Transportation Service Providers, explaining client requirements, file maintenance, and performing administrative and clerical tasks as needed. This position will work as a liaison between EverDriven and our clients, providing guidance, direction, and feedback to operational managers as well as working in collaboration with EverDriven departments.
Training: Monday - Friday, 12-5pm MST
Shifts Available: Monday - Friday, 4-9pm MST
